DESCRIPTION:Special guest Mike Underwood and his certified service dog\, Whiskey\, who is a highly trained PTSD and seizure detection service dog\, providing critical support that helps Mike navigate daily life with greater safety\, independence\, and confidence. \nIn this presentation\, Mike and Whiskey will share their journey\, offer insight into living with invisible disabilities\, and educate audiences on the important role service dogs play in accessibility\, awareness\, and inclusion.\nFollowing this we will resume our day of bingo and indoor table games. It’s a great chance to spend time with friends and make new ones in a welcoming and inclusive space. \nBring your own lunch and drink. \nA $10 admission fee for this event helps sustain our AAC programming. \n \nPlease note\, this is an event for adults with disabilities with their families and/or caregivers. At Airdrie Abilities Centre\, we ask that every person shows kindness and respect. \n  \n  \n
